Empower Divers, Transform Lives: Become an Adaptive Dive Buddy!
The Diveheart Adaptive Dive Buddy Program is your entry point into the rewarding world of adaptive diving. This course equips certified divers with the skills and empathy needed to support individuals with disabilities in aquatic environments.
Through comprehensive training, you'll learn to work safely and effectively with divers who are blind, amputees, paraplegic, or quadriplegic, and gain valuable insights into assisting those with cognitive disabilities. Upon certification, you'll be ready to join Diveheart Adaptive Dive Teams in both pool and open water settings.

Prerequisites
Minimum 15 years old
Certified Open Water diver (or equivalent) with at least 20 logged dives
Dived or completed a refresher course within the past two years
Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification (valid through the entire course)
Comfortable performing all Diveheart's Buddy Tune-Up Skills before practical training
Proficient in scuba skills, including buoyancy control (Buoyancy Control Course recommended)
